Cold and calm today.  Just simple beauty in the quiet that seems to come with the winter’s snow.

Yet another day with snow.  Trying to remember that it is beautiful as it comes down.

Spent the afternoon snowshoeing through Mt. Snow’s grounds.  The patterns on the trees are much more intricate than I had ever realized.  Happy to know that making myself look for beauty means that I see new things… while feeling a bit chagrined that I had to have a personal challenge in order to do it.

Just looking up the hill next to the house, appreciating the beauty we have here.
